Four Faceted Sanctuary Windows ![]() The hand of God the Father is seen in the midst of His new creation. Sun, moon and stars have just been set in the sky and the earth has just been given its inhabitants, including man. Isaiah who thought himself unworthy to prophesy. The Incarnation, the birth of the Christ Child, here attended by Mary and Joseph. In the background the approaching shepherds are silhouetted in the matrix. The descending dove of the Holy Spirit is combined with an escallop shell, symbol of Baptism. This window contains symbols of the Seven Sacraments. At the lower right is the chalice and host of Communion. The fire, another symbol of the Holy Spirit, represents Confirmation. At the top, a cross surmounting two lamps with entwined flames symbolizes Marriage.
